Learn to Twine

Class Description:

Come twine with me!

Twining is a technique that uses 2 different wefts that are twisted around a warp string which creates a strong and durable fabric. We will be using twining to make a sample/hot pad with a peg loom. In the class, you will explore different methods of weft manipulation to change the appearance of the woven cloth to add patterns and textures.  You can use the technique later with larger looms to make rugs, table runners, and placemats!
