About FIBERology

Established in 2025, FIBERology is a local fiber arts shop in Beautiful Downtown Anoka, MN featuring weaving, spinning, yarns, classes, and more!

​

One important consideration when finding our first space was a big classroom space/community space. We want the store to be a community space for working on fiber projects and hanging out with friends! You can find the studio filled with fiber friends on the 1st Saturday of the month from 2-5pm. (Check the Facebook Events for any changes in schedule!)

​

We are a dealer for several well-known weaving and spinning brands including Schacht, Louet, Glimakra, Harrisville Designs,
Friendly Looms and Beka. For yarns, we carry Lunatic Fringe, Maurice Brassard, Valley Yarns, Blue Sky Fibers, Malabrigo, and Harrisville Designs, with more lines coming soon!​

Looking for something that is not on our website or store shelves? Ask! We may be able to get it in or can inquire about becoming a dealer.

FIBERology is located in Downtown Anoka, the proud Halloween Capital of the World!

 

What makes it the Halloween Capital of the World? It is believed that Anoka was the first place that hosted Halloween celebrations in the 1920's to keep young would-be pranksters busy and distracted.

Downtown Anoka is a vibrant area with a plethora of locally owned shops, restaurants, and many activities for you to explore.  Come to visit FIBERology and then explore the town!
