Shipping Policy

  • Our processing time is 3-5 business days for shipping before packing and shipping from the store.

  • Free Shipping on orders over $150. 

  • ​Shipping will be charged based on weight and size. â€‹

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Must have receipt for returns. If you don't have a receipt, we can attempt to look it up in our system. 

  • 30 days returns for items that are still in packaging and are in original, sell-able condition (skeins are still wound, odor free, etc).

  •  Items marked Final Sale are not returnable.
