Shipping Policy

Shipping within the US only.
Our processing time is 1-2 business days for shipping before packing and shipping from the store. Please remember, we are only open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at this time.
Free Shipping on orders over $125.
For anything under $125, shipping is a $10 flat fee.

Must have receipt for returns. If you don't have a receipt, we can attempt to look it up in our system.
30 days for returns or exchanges for items that are still in packaging and are in original, sell-able condition (skeins are still in hanks, odor free, etc).
Items marked Final Sale are not returnable.
